What does it take to be a leader when you are still in school? In this engaging and inspiring keynote, students discover that the most powerful leadership decisions are not the dramatic ones — they are the small, everyday choices about what you believe, how you engage with the people around you, and whether you are willing to stand up and be heard.
Drawing from a proven framework used with leaders across the country, "Tomorrow's Leaders, Today" introduces students to four essential actions that any young person can begin practicing immediately — no experience required.
Students leave this session with a fresh understanding of what it means to use their voice, own their values, and step into the leader they are already becoming.
Roger's field-tested framework gives every student a clear, practical starting point — regardless of their role, grade, or experience level.

Effective leaders start with a cause. Students identify the values and convictions that will anchor their leadership decisions.

Leadership is relational. Students learn peer-to-peer strategies for having real conversations that move people to action.

Every student has a platform — they just need to own it. Students speaking up and showing up as a visible advocate.
